About this place
Alitare presents authentic Italian cooking in Minami-Otsuka, distinguished above all by seasonal pasta craft. A signature beef cheek ragù pairs delicate strands of pasta with tender beef braised until it readily flakes apart. Diners are drawn back just as readily by lighter, brothy oil-based preparations and creamy options that highlight seasonal produce with notable care.
The daytime menu outlines a Seasonal Pasta Course complete with an antipasto assortment, bread, dessert, and coffee, alongside an extended Pranzo Degustazione that adds a meat course. Commencing with seasonal soup and colorful antipasti, this paced progression suits an unhurried midday meal or a relaxed daytime pour of wine.
In the evening, the documented Alitare Dinner Course carries guests from amuse-bouche and soup through antipasto, pasta, a main course, and dessert. Past dinners have featured pairings of wine with bagna càuda, tuna tartare, and veal saltimbocca. A wide selection of wine offers plenty of choice to suit every plate.
Fitted with counter and table seating, the quiet, welcoming dining room accommodates solo diners stopping in for a glass and a plate just as easily as it hosts celebratory meals. Reservations can be arranged in advance, and payment is accepted via credit card and various mobile methods.
